Instructions:
Condition clay until pliable.  Roll in clay machine starting with first setting and rolling through progressive settings until it is a sheet about 1/8” thick.

Place the cover of the tin over the sheet and press gently.  Remove the cover and use the lines as a guide to cut a piece a little less than half the width of the cover.

Place silkscreen over rolled clay sheet.  Use metallic blue paint to silscreen the musical note image onto the sheet.  Let the paint dry.

Apply Bake & Bond Adhesive to cover and carefully apply sheet of silkscreened clay.

Roll another sheet of white clay.  Cut out square of desired pattern from Magic Transfer Paper.  Place face down onto rolled sheet of clay and burnish gently with fingers. (If you rub too vigorously, you can rub the pattern right off - see the lower right corner of my transferred image....)  Let set about 15 minutes, then carefully rinse away the paper using warm water.  The pattern will transfer to the clay sheet.   Cut around the printed square.

Use heart cutter to cut out center of printed square.

Add Bake & Bond to lower right side of cover. Carefully apply square with heart cut out.  Trim around edge of cover.

Roll an additional sheet of clay.  Use cover as a guide and cut a piece large enough to fit the remaining top right area on the cover.  Add Bake & Bond and apply clay.

Paint clay with two coats of metallic blue paint.

Bake according to manufacturer instructions.

Use 3-in-1 Adhesive to mount plastic lettering to spell out “a song in my” on blue painted clay.

Use adhesive to mount music patterned ribbon over seam between the silkscreened clay and the opposite side.

Use adhesive to mount silver cording around top edge of cover, add small piece between blue clay and clay with heart cut out.

Fill heart cut out area with Diamond Glaze.  Carefully add random colors of the metallic musical note confetti.   Let dry.
