Busy, busy, busy! Back to school for our boys means back to work at the school for me. Been very busy creatively recently also! Just got back from a stamping/scrapping retreat in Georgia where I was supposed to teach this address book project. BUT a BAD case of the flu took care of that! I had to leave the kits with the owner and have her teach the class while I headed for home!

On a happier note, I am very excited to announce I have been chosen to be a faculty member at MyCreativeClassroom.com. I'm working on developing classes to begin in the spring. This new site promises great opportunities for crafters from all venues - they are offering some FREE CLASSES this fall too! Check it out!

I've been creating hybrid art like a madwoman lately - and loving it! I've been fortunate to have some of the projects picked up for publication in coming months - so you'll be seeing more of my work in the magazines :). Here's an altered bulletin board I did with some digital images from Polka Dot Potato courtesy of Creative TECHniuqes magazine! Makin's Clay was used to create the road cones, pushpins have real car keys attached. Tire tracks done with a toy truck and brown paint. Daisy Hill rubber "track" and "road" embellishments, Karen Foster metal "camper" sign and license place. This is four our boys bedroom.
