Instructions:

Determine appropriate size, and create text & image you wish to etch.  I created mine using picmonkey.com.   Use electronic die cutting machine to cut images from etchmask®.

Use pick tool to remove lettering and wreaths - I used the negative space as a stencil.

Place transfer paper from Stencil ComboPak over the images.  Press to adhere all the pieces to the transfer paper.  Using transfer paper ensures you get each tiny little element of the design.

Remove the backing from the etchmask®. Place the image onto the clean, dry slate and press to adhere

Apply a thick coat of etchall® Creme.  Let set 15 minutes.

etchall® is re-usable! Return cream to the bottle for later use.

Wash slate and remove etchmask®.  Let dry.

Add cabochons to enhance the twig wreath.  These are actually hot fix cabochons, but I added a tiny touch of 3-in-1 adhesive to the back to ensure they bonded correctly with the slate.
